Enquiries and contact
We use your name, email, optional phone number, subject and message to answer enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interest in handling correspondence) or take steps towards a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b)). Providing data is voluntary; name, email and message are required for the form. Do not send sensitive data. On the target hosting the form sends an email directly; the technical preview may use your email application.
Security and retention
Hosting logs may contain IP addresses, request times, page addresses and browser information for operation and security (Article 6(1)(f)). Form protection stores an IP hash and timestamps; entries older than 10 minutes are removed on the next submission. Correspondence is kept while handling the enquiry and then only as needed for claims until the applicable limitation period expires. Contract and accounting records are also retained as required by law (Article 6(1)(c)). Hosting logs and backups follow the hosting provider’s retention cycles.
Recipients
Authorised personnel and hosting (WEBD.pl), email (Interia) and technical service providers may process data as necessary, as may legally authorised authorities. We do not sell data or use enquiries for automated marketing.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes UODO (uodo.gov.pl). We do not profile visitors or make solely automated decisions.
Cookies
The public catalogue code does not store analytics or advertising cookies or use localStorage for tracking. The administration panel uses an essential PHPSESSID session cookie for login and form security, normally until the browser session ends. There is no Google Analytics, advertising pixel or external font. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking session cookies may prevent administrator login. With this functionality, no optional-cookie consent is needed to browse the catalogue.
Google Maps and external links
Google Maps connects only after you choose to load it. Google then receives information such as your IP address and browser details and may use cookies and processing outside the EEA under its own policies. You can leave the map unloaded and use the written address. Google Maps, WhatsApp and Allegro links open external services only when selected. Closing the embedded map does not delete data already transferred or provider cookies.
Scope
This policy covers Relaks-Toys and its prepared WEBD.pl hosting version. The private ChatGPT Sites preview may additionally use platform authentication and cookies under its operator’s policies. Analytics or advertising changes require updated information and appropriate prior consent controls.
